01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the 3dlotto website located at https://3dlotto.org, including all subpages, game interfaces, account management tools, promotional pages, and any mobile-optimised versions of the platform (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with 3dlotto and agree to comply with these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. 02 Eligibility & Registration

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 3dlotto account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 3dlotto reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3dlotto account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 3dlotto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify 3dlotto immediately via our live support channel if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. We recommend changing your password regularly and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed, transactions made, and communications sent. 3dlotto reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, and void wagers at its sole discretion where it has reasonable cause to believe account security has been compromised or these Terms have been violated.

04 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3dlotto accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposit amounts are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). 3dlotto does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 3dlotto bears no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 3dlotto, although payment service providers may apply their own limits. Deposits are typically credited to your 3dlotto account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

4.3 Own Funds Requirement

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 3dlotto account are lawfully yours and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. 3dlotto will not accept deposits made on your behalf by a third party.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on 3dlotto are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied by the Platform.

05 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. Before processing any withdrawal, 3dlotto may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. This process is a regulatory requirement and is not optional.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timelines

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. GCash and PayMaya cashouts are typically processed within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. Withdrawal processing operates twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week including Philippine public holidays.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, although 3dlotto reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its discretion.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

3dlotto reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Company will notify the player and may request additional documentation. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by 3dlotto are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read before claiming any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bets placed on games with a Return-to-Player (RTP) of 96% or above contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

3dlotto maintains strict policies against bonus abuse. The following behaviours, without limitation, are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure:

• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play (e.g., placing equal bets on all outcomes of a game)
• Providing false registration information to qualify for a promotion
• Participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or loopholes in promotional mechanics

6.4 Promotion Withdrawal & Modification

3dlotto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where continuation of the promotion would be contrary to regulatory requirements or the Company's operational interests.

07 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 3dlotto — including slot games, live baccarat, roulette, bingo, lotto draws, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All slot and RNG-based games on 3dlotto are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. 3dlotto does not control or influence game outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on 3dlotto's servers, the server record shall be deemed the authoritative result. Technical malfunctions occurring during gameplay void all affected wagers and no payout shall be due.

08 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using 3dlotto:

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3dlotto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures, page layouts, and brand assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of 3dlotto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 3dlotto.

Game content, including titles, artwork, and mechanics provided by third-party game suppliers such as JILI, Ezugi, and others, remains the intellectual property of the respective suppliers and is used by 3dlotto under licence.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3dlotto's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3dlotto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 3dlotto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3dlotto is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Internet connection failures, power outages, or device malfunctions on the player's end
• Delays in third-party payment processing by GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other provider
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security
• Force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, typhoons, pandemics, government orders, or civil unrest
• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance

12 Privacy & Data Protection

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through 3dlotto's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. 3dlotto will acknowledge all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution within seven (7) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 3dlotto's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations.
